The Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library’s Fall Used Book Sale was a tremendous success! Thousands of bargain-priced books brought out throngs of happy shoppers, and Friday evening was standing room only, as eager book buyers piled their arms high with bargains.

All proceeds from the fall sale, as well as the Daily Used Book Sale in both library locations, go to support the library’s operating expenses—purchasing books, technology, and materials, as well as sponsoring programs such as One City, One Book and summer reading programs.

If you missed the fall sale, mark your calendars for the spring sale on March 31st and April 1st. And if you love your library, consider becoming a Friend! Visit http://ftol.org/membership/ to find out how, and “like” us on Facebook to stay up to date on sales, programs, and more!
