The Friends are sponsoring another cultural bus trip–this one, on Saturday, January 27th, will go to the Petersen Automotive Museum and the LA Farmers’ Market. The trip includes admission, bus, a special docent-led tour through the Vault that houses the special collections, and driver gratuity. Seats will go fast, so contact Carol Weiner at 805-480-1450 to reserve yours!
Tickets are $60 for members of the Friends, and $65 for non-members; included in the price is the bus, tour/talk, admission to the Petersen Museum, and driver gratuity. Lunch is on your own at the L.A. Farmers’ Market. The bus will leave the Newbury Park Library at 9:00 and will return at approximately 4:30 pm. Please be ready to board the bus at 8:45 am.
The Newbury Park Library is located at 2238 Borchard Road, Newbury Park CA 91320. All proceeds go to the library to fund programming, acquisitions, and technology.
